１．事業概要
矢嶋ストーリーは、
方法論「ストーリーをシェア！」を用いて
「みんなでマーケティング！」を応援する
実験プロジェクトの名称です。
わたしの理想とする
「みんなでマーケティング！」は
所得や学歴に関係なく、すべての人が
マーケティングを楽しめる環境を
手にする！を意味します。
その実現に先鞭をつけた
江戸時代の僧、売茶翁を
リスペクトしています。
そんな矢嶋ストーリーは、
具体的に何をしているのか？を
ご説明します。
活動の一環として、
マーケティングにつながる
哲学・知識・情報を
ウェブサイトを通じて
無料公開しています。
その１つ、『I think でいこう』
というサイトに書いた
「§19 学歴よ、軽くなれ」は、
そうした哲学の顕れです。
そして、大学院・MBA並みの議論を
いつでも誰もが楽しめるように
『マーケティングの論点メモ』
という論点データベースを
無料で公開しています。
とはいえ、サイトの創作には
時間と費用がかかるので、
「価格がバリアにならない」程度に
お金を頂戴しています。
たとえば、
電子書籍は、1冊500円で
販売しています。
こんな調子なので、収益的には貧乏ですし、
事業的には不安定です。
ですから、現在は、活動の範囲を
矢嶋剛の個人事業に留めています。
矢嶋ストーリーは、その屋号
という訳です。事業所も自宅。

わたしの描くストーリーが広がるとき、
事業形態は変わるかもしれません。
ストーリーは、
いろいろな場所に置けるからです。
『パンで街を幸せに』や
『新酒の季節は杉玉色で』を集めれば
ストーリー短編集ができます。
本や雑誌の中に、
コラム的に登場させることもできます。
コンサルティング的になりますが
実際のビジネスをストーリーとして描き、
スタッフの皆さんがシェアする…
そんな展開も可能です。

1. Business outline
Yajima Story is the name of an experiment project,aiming for "Marketing together", using methodology "Share the story!".
My ideal of "Marketing together!" means to get an environment where everyone can enjoy marketing regardless of income class or educational background.
As a pioneer of its realization, I respect Bai売-Sa茶-Oh翁 who was the Zen禅 monk in the Edo period in Japan.
That Yajima Story, What is concretely doing?
As part of my activities, I am publishing philosophy, knowledge and information linking to marketing through my websites.
One of them,column §19 in site "Let's go I think!" is manifestation of one philosophy.
And for anyone to enjoy discussions that are similar to those of graduate schools and MBA, I also open an issue database of "marketing mow;your learning memos" for free.
Nonetheless, it takes time and expense to create a site, so I have received money of "the price dose not become a barrier of actions".
For example my E-books are sold for 350 yen or 500 yen.
In such a condition, I am poor in profitability and it is unstable in terms of business.
Therefore, I am currently keeping personal business, not campany.
Yajima Story is the brand name of my personal business. And my office is my home.

If my story is known more,the business form may change.
Because you can put my story in various "places".
If the publisher binds existing works, a book of marketing stories will be completed.
My story can appeared columnally in books and magazines.
Although this will be consulting, I draw the actual business as a story and that story is shared by all their staff.Such deployment is also possible.

「みんなでマーケティング！」を
応援する矢嶋ストーリーは、
作品やサイトの内容等について
質問を受け付けています。
その際に、質問という範疇で
個人情報をお預かりします。
その個人情報について、
矢嶋ストーリーは、以下の約束し、
約束を守るために、
プライバシーポリシーで定めた
以下の諸点を遵守します。

矢嶋ストーリーは、業務で用いる個人情報を、
適正に取り扱います。
個人情報の保護に関する法規を遵守します。

１．矢嶋ストーリーは、
上記の約束を守るために、
個人情報の保護に関する規程を
定めます。
２．同規程の骨子は次の通りです。

２）収集した個人情報は、収集時にお約束した
目的以外には使いません。
３）収集した個人情報に対し、ご本人からの
開示・訂正・削除のご要請があった場合、
法規に沿って対応します。
４）収集した個人情報を、法令の定める
範囲内において、ご本人の同意なく、
第三者に提供しません。
５）個人情報の管理体制を改善し続けます。
３．同規程を、矢嶋ストーリーの業務に
従事する者に徹底させます。
また、データの保守管理に関わる業務を
第三者に委託する場合、委託の前提として
第三者と矢嶋ストーリーが個人情報保護に
関する契約を締結します。
これからも皆様の個人情報を大切に扱います。
2. privacy policy
Yajima Story, supports "Marketing together!", accepts questions about works and contents of the site.
In that case, we will keep personal information under the range of questions.
Regarding personal information, Yajima Story promises the following and complys with our privacy policy in order to keep promise.

Yajima Story handles personal information used in business properly and complys with laws concerning the protection of personal information.
"Privacy Policy"
1. In order to keep the above promises, We established regulations concerning the protection of personal information.
2. The main points of the regulations are as follows.
1) We will not collect personal information with illegal means.
2) Personal information collected will not be used for purposes other than those promised at the time of collection.
3) We will respond to the collected personal information in compliance with laws and regulations if there is a request from the principal for disclosure, correction or deletion.
4) We will not provide collected personal information to third parties without your consent, within the limits provided by laws and regulations.
5) Continue to improve the management system of personal information.
3. We will thoroughly enforce the same rules for those engaged in the work of the Yajima Story. Also, when delegating business related to data maintenance management to a third party, Yajima Story will sign a contract concerning personal information protection as a premise of consignment with a third party.
